MNG is in the process of transitioning test ordering and sample routing to Labcorp channels. Over the next several weeks, Labcorp team members will work with you and your office to convert your services to Labcorp, with a transition date of June 13, 2025.
Kit ordering functionality will be discontinued on June 4 in an effort to streamline the transition for our clients. Supply collection kits may be ordered and returned to MNG via FedEx before the transition date. After the transition date, collection supplies from the kits (buccal swabs and blood tubes) may be used, but samples should be routed through standard Labcorp courier and pickup processes or collected at a patient service center.
