Four Ways to Pay
Institutional Payment by Credit Card
Clients are billed after samples are resulted. MNG currently does not bill insurance companies directly. We accept Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, and Discover. Please call 888-834-8901, option 2, between the hours of 6 am and 2 pm Pacific Standard Time and a member from our billing team will assist you with payment.
Patient Self Pay by Credit Card
Online patient self-pay must be submitted prior to sample testing. MNG currently does not bill insurance companies directly. We accept Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, and Discover. Please call 888-834-8901, option 2, between the hours of 6 am and 2 pm Pacific Standard Time and a member from our billing team will assist you with payment.
Pay by Check
Checks must be made payable to MNG Laboratories. For patient self-pay, please include the patient’s full name, date of birth, and test code on the subject line of the check. If possible, please submit a photocopy of the check with the test request form(s) when the sample is sent to MNG Laboratories. Please mail check payments to: MNG Laboratories P.O. Box 8016 Burlington, NC 27216 USA. Please note, if you are paying by check your test will not be started in the laboratory until we have received your check funds.
Pay by Wire Transfer / ACH Payments
To receive MNG banking instructions, please call 888-834-8901, option 2, and a member from our billing team will assist you. All funds transferred must be in US dollars. Please check with your bank for processing fees for domestic and international wire transfers. Outgoing wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the patient or client. There are no processing fees for ACH payments. Wire transfer and ACH payment assistance is available between the hours of 6 am and 2 pm Pacific Standard Time.
